Alphatec provided total A/E services for the design and new construction of the building providing fire rescue, police/law enforcement, and administrative support. The building is comprised of conventional construction for the administrative portion of the building, and a structurally isolated pre-engineered building (Apparatus Bay) with purge and emission controls for exhaust and overhead ventilation systems for housing authorized facility dispatch vehicles.
