Alphatec PC provided architectural and engineering services for the design and construction documents for improvements to meet current codes and standards, as well as restore the Historic Lincoln Theatre, for use by the 930 Club.  In addition to our historic restoration work, Alphatec also provided modifications and upgrades to the existing air distribution systems to moderate stratification of air and temperature within the structure. All improvements of restoration / rehabilitation /renovation work was performed as not to jeopardize the building’s eligibility on the National Historic Register.
