PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Deanwood Recreation center is a public use facility with spaces including a natatorium, gym, library, and other multipurpose and specialized room.  For the lifetime of the building, the pool area has experienced HVAC issues resulting in inadequate conditioning and periodic shut-downs of the aquatic center during periods of extreme heat. The objective of this project is to identify and resolve the underlying issues plaguing the existing HVAC system to provide the aquatic center with sustained comfort and conditioning for years to come.
