PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project consisted of the repair and alteration of a historic barracks building built in 1895. In active use as a barracks facility, our design provided essential building upgrades to allow continued occupant comfort through mechanical, electrical, and finishes upgrades, as well as ensure safety through AT/FP and life-safety systems upgrades. The result was a historically accurate building that meets modern barracks needs and complies with building codes and safety requirements.
